Her experience spans messaging, content, research, stakeholder engagement, outreach, and relationship development.
Raya approaches communications with an understanding that the right message is only part of the equation. Effective engagement also requires understanding the broader landscape, listening to different perspectives, and recognizing what will build trust and create alignment. She brings that perspective to her work across Solis’s client engagements, helping translate complex ideas into communications and outreach that are clear, relevant, and actionable.

At Solis, Raya focuses on the people on the other side of the message, helping clients communicate clearly, engage thoughtfully, and strengthen relationships with the audiences and stakeholders who matter. Her interest in communications and partnerships grew from experiences in community outreach, building relationships, and volunteering, which ultimately led her to work focused on connecting organizations with the people and communities they serve.
