Meet Elizabeth.

Elizabeth Silva is an operations and organizational strategist who helps organizations turn ambitious ideas into the structure, systems and positioning needed to move them forward. With more than a decade of experience spanning public affairs, nonprofit leadership, organizational operations and the U.S. Air Force, Elizabeth brings a cross-functional perspective to complex organizational challenges. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping leaders clarify priorities, strengthen internal infrastructure and translate vision into practical systems that teams can actually use.

Her career has included progressive leadership roles across public affairs and operations, ultimately serving as an Associate Vice President of Operations at a global public affairs firm. Her experience spans organizational strategy, public affairs campaigns, executive advisement, business development, policy development, client leadership and cross-functional program management. She has also held leadership roles across nonprofit and community organizations and brings an earlier military background in aircraft maintenance program management and nuclear missile operations.
