Meet Jessica.
President & Founder
Jessica Graham is a strategist and trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex challenges, build support and move ambitious ideas forward. As President and Founder of Solis, she works at the intersection of strategy, communications and partnerships, bringing together the right combination of insight, messaging and relationships to help clients make meaningful progress.
Throughout her career, Jessica has advised national trade associations, global healthcare organizations, patient advocacy groups and other mission-driven organizations on public affairs, campaigns, stakeholder engagement and communications. Before founding Solis, she served as Senior Vice President at Strategic Elements, where she helped design and lead complex advocacy initiatives and nationally recognized campaigns. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade leading an independent consultancy in Washington, D.C., developing national and state-based strategies and building networks of consultants, former legislators and experienced operatives to support clients across complex policy environments.
Jessica’s approach is grounded in the belief that the strongest strategies don’t exist in isolation. They require clear communication, trusted relationships, and an understanding of the broader landscape in which organizations operate. Her work is deeply collaborative and relationship-driven, pairing big-picture thinking with the practical insight required to turn strategy into action.
WHAT SHE BRINGS TO SOLIS CLIENTS
At Solis, Jessica leads overall strategy, executive counsel, client leadership and firm direction. She works alongside leaders to understand the full landscape of a challenge, clarify what matters most, and bring strategy, communications and partnerships into alignment. Her role is to help clients see the path forward and build the strategy, support, and momentum needed to move what matters forward.
